For the special agent process, we require a college degree, but also at least three years of continuous work experience before we can apply to the FBI. There are caveats here. If you complete a higher degree, you can reduce the number of years of continuous work experience from three to two.
Additionally, you must be a US citizen with a valid driver's license. All special agents must have a bachelor's degree and two years of work experience. One year of work experience is accepted if you have a higher degree.
